We are aware of an issue that start after 1430h. We are working on a fix. Mail is still being delivered to mailboxes and will be able once resolved.

By the end of this week we all accounts will be running the latest 7.4.x version of PHP. This does not apply to any account that has set a specific version via cPanel, including versions starting with ALT-.

The studio will be closed from Thursday, 19/12/2019 until Wednesday, 08/01/2020. Support will operate normally over this period but as we are spending time with our families please understand if it takes us a little longer to get a reply to you.
